Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the UT Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a top high school graduate with proven leadership potential through extracurricular achievements.
- Be an incoming freshman admitted through UPCA, open to all UP campuses.
- OR be a Doctor of Medicine student entering 4th year standing at the time of application.
- Have earned a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.5 or better, with no failing or incomplete grades in the preceding semester.
- Be enrolled in at least 15 units during the semester of the award.
- Belong to a family with an annual gross income not exceeding Php 500,000.00.
- Not be a recipient of another scholarship or grant.
- Have no record of disciplinary action before admission.
Required Documents
Applicants are expected to submit the following:
- Proof of income (ITR 2022 or notarized affidavit of source of income).
- Latest Form 5 (not required for incoming freshmen).
- True Copy of Grades (for 2nd year students onwards).
- Additional documents as may be required by the University.
